Warehouse Conversion

Concept design for the conversion of an existing warehouse building into a mixed-use building. The new program includes office, retail and residential. Included in the renovation is a 1,200 sf roof top addition that includes a walkout kitchen and master bedroom, as well as an outdoor entertaining area that is screened by a raised mixed garden of native plant life.
