Conceptual facade design for the interior and exterior of a new tenant fitout in an existing mall. The interior design goal was to create a dynamic fenestration and controlled views into the studios. The exterior facade has a more complex set of challenges, as we were converting a back of house entrance into a new public entry. This included a new screening wall for existing service areas, new signage and a reconfiguration of hardscape around the new entry.
